doing to much and overfilling your plate is EGO driven. It is NOT about everyone else and what they want YOU to do. Instead focus on the main thing (YOU).

There are always two sides, we get what we focus on so choose to stand on the edge and look at both sides.
The learning and awareness can INSPIRE us but simultaneously trigger SELF-DOUBT.
Stepping out of myself. Observing *** Questioning *** Choosing More, a Bigger Path, a Bigger Goal, a chance to put myself out there into the unknown….vulnerable.
Finding your inner purpose, passion, noble duty/service that is yours. Then sharing that gift with the world.
What does it take to live that purpose?
Attention, Understanding, Learning, Observation, Thinking, Applying, Living, Teaching
Do you realize that when you push into the uncomfortable zone you learn and grow. You may not like it now but with practice you will learn to push yourself. Let go of the EGO and “what everyone will think” mentality engage yourself in understanding your feelings and focus on your definite major purpose in life. By putting the true and authentic you out there you end up attracting and bringing the people you need to meet you.
The laws of the universe are laws and like gravity always are and never waver. So does it not make sense to learn the laws and apply the laws? Apply the laws so that you are are in flow and have them working for you rather than against you? Then you need to learn the rules and work with them so that you win in your life and disconnect from what you were programed to believe, act and respond.
I have always had a hard time as I would take on others emotions or try to change their emotions/moods. I was always trying to please everyone and cheer people up or help them solve their problems. In the end I ended up using my energy on them and had nothing left for me. Now I know it’s their path, their life and I still assist but I don’t take on their struggles anymore trying to fix them. I don’t need to fight others battles. (Thinking more and not just reacting)
